
Ambassador Dr Emmanuel Enos is a Ghanaian career diplomat and international affairs specialist with extensive experience in diplomacy, migration, consular affairs, State Protocol and bilateral relations. He has served as a Council Member of the first Ghana Immigration Council, Director of the Passport Office, and Director of State Protocol, a position he assumed in July 2023.
He served as Ghana’s first Ambassador to Qatar, where he contributed significantly to strengthening Ghana–Qatar relations, including spearheading the bilateral arrangements that facilitated the commencement of Qatar Airways’ flights to Ghana.
Ambassador Dr Enos holds a PhD in Migration Studies and an MA in International Affairs from the University of Ghana. He is currently Ambassador-in-Residence at the Legon Centre for International Affairs and Diplomacy (LECIAD), University of Ghana, where he contributes to teaching, research and policy engagement in international affairs and diplomacy.
